Processing of personal data and transfer to third parties

  • information on the processing of the Customer's personal data and a copy of the respective data (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • rectification and completion of incorrect and incomplete personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
  • disposal of personal data of the Customer and, if they have been made public, we undertake to inform other responsible parties about the application for deletion (Article 17 of the GDPR);
  • limitation of the Customer's personal data processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);
  • data portability in order to provide the Customer with personal data in a structured, established and machine-readable format and the right to transfer this data to other responsible parties without hindrance from us (Article 20 of the GDPR);
  • revocation of consent; revocation does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent until it is withdrawn (Article 7 of the GDPR) and right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR);
  • you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided in no. 1. The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if it considers the data processing to be incompatible with the GDPR (Article 77 of the GDPR).
